Look Inside the Trumpets! Inside these trumpets you'll see Siege Engineering's silver metallic coating that nicely compliments our great chrome. No dull gray paint in this horn's trumpets!
Size - These horns should be installable on just about any vehicle. In especially tough installs you can dis-mount them from our bar. Then you can put them "wherever they will fit..." The trumpets fit in gaps as small as 4 inches.
What about Too Loud? - Yes they probably are. Get over it. Or install a lower pressure pressure switch, like a 120 or 150. When we shot the video we used a 120 switch... and still had problems with the sound shaking the pallet racks enough to make noise.
Durability - This is an all metal horn. The trumpets, manifold, and valve bodies all metal! The diaphragms are rebuildable and the valve is replaceable
Why? Metal is relatively cheap and extremely durable. Metal doesn't break down in UV light. Our mounting bar is over-sized and could support a horn bundle 6x the weight of this setup. You'll be able to transfer this horn to your next truck. Heavy? We promise yes!
Bore - The bore on these trumpets is narrower than our other horn lines. We were able to employ a few design tricks to allow us to build narrower throats and still get nice deep notes from the #1,#2, and #3 bells (trumpets). The passages very effectively keep the tuned diaphragms pressure soaked during operation. Like most of our horns, this horn is a very deep breather. Please don't even think of trying to run this horn without an air tank! (Sorry, feeding this horn with a pump just won't work.)
FREE G4 ANY-POSITION VALVE UPGRADE
Killer systems need killer valves for high flow. This package includes one of our CE approved super-high flowing G4 Any-Position valves. It gives a quick, sharp, instant release - even at 200psi.
The G4 is unique in that its one of the few high flow valves that really will operate in ANY position you install it! Unlike most other high-flow valves there is NO REQUIREMENT YOU INSTALL THE G4 VALVE IN THE UPRIGHT POSITION!!! This is that same valve that has overjoyed our volume installers for its high-flowing performance, superb ease of installation, self-cleaning mechanism, and reliability!
The G4 is rated for air systems up to 215psi and a perfect match for 3/8in air lines. As with all Siege Engineering valves we promise no wimpy "croaking noises" and special wiring or relays necessary for operation.

Installation - This horn uses some air! An air tank is a must. Big hose helps a lot. Beyond that... it's just an air horn. It's not rocket science. Mount the horn, hook one of the valve wires to ground, hook the other valve wire to your existing horn switch. Then connect your air hose, insert your ear plugs, hit the button, and watch the fun start!
Last detail... (Really a tip) We use 3/8" tubing with this horn. It provides lots of air and is the same size tubing we used during the design and later the tuning of this horn. The sound clip WAS made using the exact same trumpet configuration you are buying now.

We are so confident in this tube it carries a 10 year warranty against UV breakdown. Oh yeah, it's a standard 3/8 OD size tube, so the off-the-shelf fittings at your hardware store will work just fine with our tube.

The Viair 380C features an oil-less design, high performance PTFE piston ring, stainless steel valves, moisture and dust resistance, a gear-less direct drive motor, an anodized aluminum alloy cylinder, automatic reset thermal overload protector, mounting plates with vibration isolators, stainless steel braided leader hose, an inline check valve, and a chrome body.

This air system is great for all makes and models of air horns, train horns, air suspension setups, tire filling, small air tools, and compressed air needs.
Installation:
NO DEAD CAR BATTERIES WITH OUR SYSTEM!! ---You get a full automotive wiring harness, including a relay, with this system. The harness is made from heavy wire and includes a relay. The relay prevents the air system from running when your car or truck is turned off (to avoid killing your battery.)
The coil of red wire is for power to the pump, and the blue wire is for connecting the relay and the horn's air valve. A fuse and fuse holder are included. The black wire on the pump is used to ground the compressor to your frame.
Most people will need a couple of electrical connectors from the local auto parts store, some thread tape or compound, and some zip ties. This kit is otherwise pretty complete: air source, hose, tank & wiring are all included. With the wiring harness and air hose we include this system installs FAST!
Experienced installers will need about an hour. Novice installers will need 1-3 hours.
